I was pleasantly surprised by the great condition of the house, the very affordable rent and the location - everything you need is nearby. The highlight of the year was the landlord, Mo. He is very responsive, helping his tenants in the best and quickest way possible. It makes it very reassuring to have such a reliable landlord. His impeccable work ethic, friendliness and understanding smoothens the experience, with any issues being addressed and resolved straight away. He has everything one should look for in a landlord. I would totally recommend him and his properties.

Everything in good condition. The Landlord is very helpful and every little problem was taken care of straight away. Mo is genuinely kind and patient with answering all kind of questions. I would highly recommend staying in one of the houses!

Whenever we had any problems at the house, he would fix them without delay. Fortunately, we did not have any big problems, but it was always nice to know he would be here to help. I felt safe and comfortable living at this house :)
